rbalee Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the rbalee platform and all its services. rbalee ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider operated for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms form a valid agreement between you ("user", "member", "you") and rbalee. By accessing the platform, you are giving your consent to these Terms.

rbalee reserves the right to amend, change or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published. It is the user's own responsibility to re-read this page on each visit.

1.1 Scope of Services

1.2 Language and Communication

A valid account must be created to use services on rbalee. Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts will be considered a serious violation of these Terms.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
• Your name, address, date of birth and contact details must be verifiable.
• If false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
• If any account details change, you must contact us immediately.

2.2 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You will be personally responsible for any activity carried out through your account. Sharing login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. rbalee will not be liable for any loss caused by third-party access.

2.3 KYC Verification

rbalee reserves the right to verify your identity at any time if required. You may be asked to provide a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document for this purpose. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

rbalee services are for persons aged 21 and above only. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21 to use this platform.

If false information is provided regarding age, the account will be closed immediately. All deposited funds will be returned, however any bonuses or winnings earned will be forfeited.

rbalee may request official documents for age verification in cases of suspicion. Account activity may be restricted until verification is successfully completed.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Funds may be deposited on rbalee using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• Deposited funds must come from your own account only.
• Using a payment method registered in a third party's name is prohibited.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay are generally reflected instantly.
• Bank transfers may take slightly longer to process.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if KYC verification is required in some cases, additional time may be needed.

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will be held until account verification is complete.
• In cases of suspicious activity, additional time may be taken to review a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds received from bonuses.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on rbalee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

rbalee offers various types of bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are provided under specific terms and compliance with these terms is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Terms

• A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus.
• No funds from the bonus may be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Different games may contribute at different rates toward meeting the wagering requirement — see the promotions page for details.
• A time limit may apply for completing the wagering requirement.

5.3 VIP Program

rbalee runs a five-tier VIP program: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — ranging from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. Advancing to a higher tier depends on activity and usage.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse or collecting bonuses through fraudulent means is found, the relevant bonus will be forfeited and steps may be taken to close the account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rbalee. Violating these rules will result in the account being closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

6.1 Identity and Fraud

• Creating an account using another person's identity or information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to collect bonuses or rewards using false information.
• Using a third party's payment method.

6.2 Technical Violations

• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's servers.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

6.3 Financial Irregularities

• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting chargebacks or payment fraud.
• Bonus washing or systematic bonus abuse.

7.1 Self-Control Tools

Users may use the following tools to manage their own gaming activity:

• If age verification fails.
• If money laundering or financial irregularities are suspected.
• At the user's own request.

8.1 Balance Refund

When closing an account, if the closure is not due to a violation of rbalee's own rules, any valid balance will be returned where applicable. The balance may be held during an investigation. All bonuses and winnings earned from them in accounts closed due to prohibited activities will be forfeited.

If a dispute arises between rbalee and a user, the following process will be followed:

9.2 Review Process

Our team will thoroughly review the complaint and attempt to provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. Additional time may be required to investigate complex matters.

9.3 Final Decision

rbalee's gaming technology and server logs will be considered the final evidence. In disputes regarding game outcomes, the data stored on the server is legally accepted.

rbalee is not responsible for:

• Temporary disruptions due to technical errors or maintenance.
• Consequences of a user's failure to secure their own login credentials.
• Consequences of violating the laws of the user's country.

12.2 Service Availability

rbalee strives to ensure round-the-clock service, however the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen technical issues. rbalee is not obligated to provide compensation for such disruptions.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the complete agreement between rbalee and the user. Any prior oral or written understandings will be replaced by these terms and conditions.
